My buddy had his annual dog hunt with emphasis on does yesterday. About 40 guys showed up. I left at noon and I believe the count was over 20 does and one buck shot. Many Many big bucks were sighted but none shot. My son and I shared a monster tree stand I built a few years ago. The dogs ran five does by us early and my 12 year old dropped one running at 25 yards with a 20 gauge benelli shooting #3 buck. Next group came by and my son says to me. Dad, I already got one so you take one of these. I am waiting on a buck. No problem. All and all a fun day.
