Son-in-Law Working on my Truck Again!!

    You all do not Faint!, My new Motor is in my Truck now Instead in the back, All is hooked up except the Intake and the Distributor, Have a few stray wires hope to find where they go when the rest of the parts are put on. I am mechanical Stupid, relying on the Son-in-law to get it all on. we worked on the truck when the Son-in-law came home today, worked until dark! Hope to have it ready to Start by next week!

    Yep, I can leave all the towls that I have in that truck! I sure hope to see it running soon!

    That motor has been in the back of the truck for two years:angry:, I was trying to figure out how to make it work from back there but just could not figure it out!:big_smile:

    You know Top when you get it running it will not get as good of gas mileage as it has the last 2 years!LOL

    Got the starter, battery cables, and started to clean the plenum chamber, the air filter look as if it was never changed, dirt and grease all up in there.

    Faint! Son-in-law worked on the truck oh so close, may get it started tomorrow if he decides to work on it.

    I met a man here in London that is a Ford Truck Mechanic,told me he will get my truck running If I take him fishing, I think I got the better deal, I would have took him fishing anyway!
