Sommerville Lake,Tx

    Anyone no were the BIG CAT hide on this lake? I have caught desent one's off the bank but no huge Big Daddy's.

    So far mee too. I haven't fished this lake much. I usually fish #1 Granger, #2 Belton but those lakes are not opened back up due to high water. Belton has a few parks open but the ramps sometimes have an hour's wait.

    I think there will be good fish around the humps in welch and rocky creek but haven't caught any big ones.

    i fish there a lot. there are a ton of catfish, but not many big ones. you will almost always catch fish when you go there.

    in april and may you will catch one or two nice yellowcats if you work hard. the rest of the year is mainly small ones. the only place i have caught the big ones is between nails creek and birch creek.
