Live in such a way that those who know you but don't know God, will
come to know God because they know you.

"Watch your thoughts, for they become words. Choose your words, for
they become actions. Understand your actions, for they become habits.
Study your habits, for they will become your character. Develop your
character, for it becomes your destiny."

Very good post. I've heard it before as " a thought reeps an action, an action reeps a habit and a habit reeps a character". I've told it to a lot of people myself. Very good post.

    Very good post.

I have ONE question, at what point do any of y'all stop turning the other cheek and dish it back to the cheek slappers?

    Serious inquiry here.

Great post Tom. One of the best descriptions of how people become who they are that I have heard.

    PeeWee,
Yes I know what He did, but just being plain ole human and not perfect, is where the question came from. I wanted an answer from that perspective. The Bible also talks about an eye for an eye..........

    Take care,
    Cheryl

Hey Cheryl, I can only speak for myself. In response to your question: This little message that I posted, in my perspective & everyones is a bit different, is a short, catchy, well written guide for one to utilize as an oversight tool in ones dealings in life. This isn't gospel - just something someone has written. As for me, I don't turn the other cheek nearly as often as I should, b/c as a human I fall way short of that ability. Serious answer...
