im thinking about heading out on saturday or sunday to try for some channel cats on the Tusc River !!! im wondering should i fish the same locations i fish throughout the year ?? it isnt the deepest water on the river but has decent depth 4-6 ft in the area i cast, which is a fairly deep hole for this river. i know where some of the deepest water in the river is located, should i be trying these types of areas (even though ive never fished them) or stick to the same "holes" that i fish all the rest of the year ??? as far as baits im thinking freshly frozen cut shad is ALL im taking with me. should i bother picking up some chicken livers or deer liver ?? what do you guys think ?? im hoping my spot isnt taken !!! it gets fished pretty hard in the summer months

    THANKS FOR ANY ADVICE !!!
