Not sure where to put this but figured I'd put it here.

Their loaded with cats, bass and gills. They are public ponds anybody can fish in but you gotta ride a 4 wheeler about a mile or so to get to them. I can't wait for the cats to start biting!!!

Last year a 30# Flattie was caught out of one of these and the record for bass is 8.5lbs out of the main pond. One of the other ponds have Giant Hybrid Bluegills also!
The 4-wheeler ride about killed me, it was ROUGH!!!:eek:oooh::roll_eyes::smile2:

If you leave in Greenup Co. you may be able to get a fishing visa.

There some deep holes there and you have some flat banks with drop offs there and the fish keep coming back and forth feeding.

I don't mind. I keep my license and disability card in my wallet everytime I go. I'm not worried about getting checked since I'll be legal.:big_smile:

The biggest pain fishing there is when a tug boat comes threw and hit the waves off the bank.:eek:oooh:

I hate that when that happens when I'm bank fishing on the Ohio. It gets kinda aggravating sometimes.
I have plenty of frozen bait, we'll need some live bait also. We can get it at the Tackle Shack(in Catlettsburg). I know Steve real well. He's a good guy.

How much are they? I know a couple places if the water is right I can set traps for small gills and chubs. Also we could hit East Fork for Gills. I hate to buy gills, I don't mind buying Shiners, Israeli Carp or Goldfish but would rather catch the gills.
