Hey Pete, those are COOL! The bookshelf is beautiful, but I really like the adirondack style loveseat and chairs. They're my kinda thing. How much do you get for 'em at benefits and such? At the church my brother-in-law pastors, they have a big auction every year. The handmade wood items always do well. Thanks for sharing your craftsmanship with us! :smile2:

Thanks Everyone I hope to get half as good as Fish some day.
CatGirl the last set borough $400. But that was 2 years ago and before the lumber went up.
I build them out of 5/4 decking boards. Dress them up on the Jointer and Planer. So there well built and not light weight.

Pete, you had me worried there for a while, wondering if you were going to share your work with us. You are good buddy and there is no way around that. Would you post a few pictures of some of your scroll work also? People won't believe the gorgeous scrollwork you have done until you show some pictures. I have seen Pete's woodworking projects in person and they are fabulous.

Ya'll would just have to see that Adirondack furniture up close to appreciate the craftsmanship and perfect detail Pete has put into his work.

Man those are neat! And really great detail on the bookcase. You could make a bundle making gun cabinets probably.

Wow! Those are great! I especially like the bookshelf! Very well made. I wish shipping wasn't so much or I would order a set of them for sure! Great post!

Very nice work. My grandfather use to build the chairs and loveseats like that. Brings back a lot of memories,

That's the kind of work anybody can be proud of, doing or receiving. Fantastic job Pete. It's time for more "wood butchers" to come out of the closet and show us what you can do.

I hope to build a Curio Cabinet this winter for Marilyn. And also have a buffet to build for her.
That is if and when I get where I can stand to do it.

Hey Pete, Brother you do good work.

Is all that kind of stuff you made in them pictures called 'nothing'. The reason I'm asking is because all I've ever heard about you was that you was good for 'nothing'.
