Snaring coyotes for the live market.

    trying to get some tips on snaring yotes for the live market. anyone doing it? i need some specifics on size of snares used and the type of locks used. only thing i've ever used is 7x7 3/32 cable with a washer lock. anyone know of something better? any help would be appreciated.

    Eric- I was looking through some old posts here & ran across this one. I'm not sure if you've gotten an answer toyour question, or are still interested in it. Here's a site, and Robert (the Administrator) is very snare-savvy and I'm sure can answer any snaring questions you might have.

    Tom Finch (warcraft1975) introduced me to this site last year. I bought a few dozen of his snares after the season started and they are still in the box. The big line that me and tony(cuttingout69) had out, didn't hardly leave any time for sleep, muchless live coyote snaring. Maybe this year.........
