Last night my buddy and I pulled up to this whole we throw in for shad and crawdads...the shad had been hanging close to the bank the last couple days so i threw over there one time...i started to pull it in and knew that i had something big..at first i thought that i had caught someones stashed stringer of yellowbellies...i had my buddy bring the light over and looked down into where i had the net held tight...well there was not one but TWO SNAPPERS IN ONE THROW!!! I had never in my life seen anything like this and I thought for sure that they would tear right threw the net but it held long enough to get them up a 15 foot drop..(It took both of us to pull them straight up!) Dropped them in my large empty bait tub..(first throw of the night) I have them in it now with my car trailer ramp over it and 3 concrete blocks so they can clean out before I clean them...anyone ever hear of anything like this??
