Snakeheads

    Has anyone seen or heard of any Snakeheads in Indiana?

    Yep, they are here. A good friend of mine has caught 1. Also as far as I know, River Scum on here has caught a biggun as well.

    Yeah, they're around. Exotic species...escapies from the aquarium hobbiest. The can look alot like bowfin (dogfish) which is a native species. If you catch a snakehead, whack it! Don't just put it on the bank...they're supposed to be able to live 3 days out of water! Don't put it back in the water...but make sure its not a bowfin!

    just a mistaken identity case bro, i did it on rod holders this morning.

    when you wonder where that bowfin pic went, im in the process of removing the no catfish pics. lol

    Dang, I was hoping to look at the NON-catfish photos! I like seeing the "oddities"!
