smoking mullet

    Hey fellas, I'm trying to find some new ways to smoke mullet. Anyone got some brines and different ways they are willing to come off of would be appreciated.

    I've eaten some mullet smoked by a friend once, and it was very tasty, but I don't have a recipe. Would love to hear how it turns out, though. :smile2:

    We usually do a cup of Kosher salt, a cup of brown sugar, a few bay leaves, and peppercorns per gallon of water.

    Mmmmm....Smoked Mullet Spread :dribble: I'm getting hungry!!
