Smoked Ribs

    Take your ribs and marinate and or rub down with a good rub like Dub's.
    Allow to set in the refrig over night and covered.

    Apply onion and garlic.
    Cilantro, Brown Sugar, a good covering of steak seasonings.

    Wrap in foil and hydro smoke at 160 degrees for about 6 to 7 hours.

    They will fall off the bones!:big_smile:
