Smoked Pork!

    Take a pork shoulder or a picnic,
    Aplly a good Rub Like Dubs, or inject with a marinate let set in frig for three to four hours, wrap in foil, place in smoker with lots of water inside to cool the smoke down. Maintain the meat at 160 degrees for 24 hours.

    Allow to cool, Then pull the Pork!

    Serve with BBQ sauce on the side! :big_smile:
