Lets try and keep this thread about the subject at hand and for pictures of fish caught this year over 20 lbs. Please post up a pic with your fish over 20 lbs.

    Thank you

Here is my first de-skunker for the year--a 29# blue caught on board the famous Kutter's Katter.

Unfortunately not. He caught one we thought might do it but as I remember it fell just a little short. I think it went 18.5 or something like that. On the plus side though it DID NOT RAIN.

Zim's caught several even though he refuses to go much..."BUN IN THE OVEN".... what else can I say but I understand.

I think this one was 37....... although we don't have a pic with scales, it went on the scales.

Give or take 17lbs, he still cleared the mark.

I caught a 21.8 this year but hadn't posted it. Thinking I'd surely beat it by now by a long shot.:confused2: The pic is somewhere and was witnessed by a GC member. I'll get a bigger one to post up....surely.

Gloves arnt a bad idea deb lol I don't know if mike told you, but the blues can and do bite! And when they do it's usually pretty hard. I had a 30 pound fish down in New Madrid get me and he drew blood on my palm and the top of my hand. the power in those rascals jaws is pretty amazing. Awesome fish to say the least. Sure wish I could have seen you reelin it in but your story let us all share in on it. Congrats on your new personal best, and just a friendly reminder yours and Mikes latest catches both qualify for the Missouri Master Angler Award Citation. It's free and you'll get a big handsome certificate with the picture right in the middle of it. Nice work!
