Skunk migration

    Well, it's been nearly 10 months...but I finally got my skunk back this weekend. Buddy of mine got one rat red, and I got a big "0"! Better luck next time I guess.

    I was trying a spot that's hot in the fall for reds, however, they school is out there, and tight. But you miss the school by 10' and you don't get a hit this time of year. You put in on top, and you're on fish ALL day long. But we had an east wind, and a current so stiff it actually had the beach flat, no sloughs, no cuts, just flat sand the entirity on the insland except the point which was clogged with so much sea salad only a manatee would be at home there!
