Does anyone know if you can catch skipjack on the Missouri River near Columbia, MO. I put in at Franklin Island as well as by the I-70 Bridge just west of Columbia, MO. Where do you find the skippies anyway??? I know they are great bait, but I have never been able to find them on the river. Any help is greatly appreciated.
