We go above Kentucky Dam at the intake and actually catch the fire out of them at night. Most of the time better than during the day.

They will bite at night, but I have always had better luck during the day.

They are strictly a sight feeder, but if theres enough light present and the water is clear then you should catch them at night. If ya go let us know how ya done.

Yes you can catch them at night. I like to change to black curly tail jigs in total darkness instead of the white or mix them until the skips shows you which color the prefer.

We do well on them at night here when they are running water at the dam. Dark or light, they seem to bite like the dickens when we fish for them. In fact, we usually get our bait for the weekend Friday nights after work.
