Did you guys see the 49ers coach sit Davis on the bench and then sending him to the showers? that was great!
I like him already as a coach. I have to say I have my doubts but now after seeing him in the press conference and sending Davis to the showers I think he will get his team's attention.

There needs to be more coaches doing that to their spoiled players!:cool2::cool2:

I really like crazy eyes, and think he will be a good Head Coach.

Props for Mike Singletary for sendinga message.

    "I'm not playing around!"

Good signs of a good coach.

The man has always been intense. He has the heart and will of a champion. He'll turn that team around if they listen to him and give him a shot.

I agree, I would like to see him do good. ESPN had Mike Ditka calling in to a show and pretty muck backing him up big time, these two are very symilar, very intense old fashion type of players/coaches.

I didn't get to see it but I wish I would of. From what I read it was probably the best thing he could of done. All the teams anymore need discipline and more coaches like that.

I think Singeltary should have dealt with that between him, Davis, and the team. I think he was wrong in making it a public issue and I think embarassing him in the middle of the game by kicking him off the field was not the right way to handle that issue either. But he is a first time head coach, and he'll probably learn there's a time and place for everthing. Most great players don't make good head coaches, he may be an exception.

    "Yea Mike"!

Mr. Singeltary sent a message to the rest of the team (and others) on that day, and that message was:

"This Is How It Should Be Done"!

    (Enough Said)
    Frist round K.O.

    LoL:happy:

I heard that mike singeltary pulled his pants down during his hafltime tirade to try to make a point. I doubt any of the players will take him serious now, I know I wouldn't.

I was thinking that myself. I am not sure if that was taking it a little too far now.

How does this apply to pulling your pants down during a halftime speech?
