2 lbs OF SHRIMP ( I LIKE THE SALAD SHRIMP
2 cups OF CHOPPED ONIONS
2 cloves OF GARLIC
1 1/2 cups CHOPPED CELERY
1 cup CHOPPED GREEN BELL PEPPER
1 stick REAL BUTTER
2 cans CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
2 cans MILD ROTEL
1 cup BREAD CRUMS
2 T OF WORCESTERSHIER SAUCE
1 T OF TONIES CREOLE SEASONING
4 cups COOKED RICE
2 cups GREATED CHEESE
INSTRUCTIONS
1) COOK YOUR RICE
2) IN A LARGE POT SAUTE' THE ONIONS,GARLIC,CELERY,AND BELL PEPPERS IN THE BUTTER
3) MIX ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS TO GEATHER EXCEPT THE CHEESE
4) BAKE IN TWO 9X13'S WITH FOIL @350 FOR ABOUT 45MIN
10 MIN BEFORE IT'S DONE PUT THE CHEESE ON TOP
