Shrimp Cassarole

    This is very good and freezes good.

    2 cups chopped onions

    1 1/2 cups chopped green bell pepper

    1 cup chopped celery

    4 cloves of garlic finely chopped

    1 stick real butter (do not sub. anything else )

    1 cup bread crumbs

    2 cans cream of mushroom soup

    2 cans mild rotel

    1 Tb spoon Tony's org.

    2 Tb spoon Worcestershire sauce

    2 cups shredded cheese ( I like pepper jack )

    1 Lb sailed shrimp

    sauté the onions,bell peppers,celery, and garlic until tender(2) add every thing else useing only 1 1/2 cup of the cheese. (3) pour into a 9x13 dish and bake at 350 until it bubbles and then sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top. ( 4) Happy eating

    Thanks for posting that ,Harold. I'll be trying it in the future,sounds good and simple to make as well.
