shock to the heart

    got my second doe yesterday morning. from the ground at 7:30 she came in the first time at 5 yards when i went to draw she busted me an took off so i grunted a few times. an i thought i wouldnt see her again at 8 oclock here she come right in the same spot but this time i drew sooner an she stoped looked at me an it was too late the arrow was on its way she was quartering to me i put it right between her leg an brisket the rocket hammerhead broadhead took out her heart 1 lung, liver an stopped just shy of her gut it wasnt a very far tracking job

    Very well placed shot. That shot is a lot harder to make than some might think. On the left you have a thick breastbone you dont want to hit. On the right, you have thick shoulder to stay away from. In actuality the window for making your arrow sink into the chest cavity and making a kill shot is just a couple of inches. Again. Nice shot!.
