    I remember some of the pics of the eels that Doc posted. I fell in love w/ the cam at that time.

    yes it was very cool, i was gonna add a topic for it but you guys beat me to it. very cool i saw carp, shad, bass, catfish, eels, lampreys, sunfish, crappies, and even gar. i only got to see 2 gar but there awesome when you get to see them. cant wait to see the fish again.

    I can't wait to see it online. It is already bringing back fond memories of the spring runs on the Rappohanock river.

    i emailed the agency that runs it about a month ago and they told me it should be up running by early march and we are already march 4th so keep checking it should be up in the next week or so.

    the shad cam is a camera on a river at a damn. the shad and other fish need to go up the fish ladder so they can swim upstream. they have a camera that refreshs the picture every 5 or 6 seconds and can watch the shad and other fish swim up river. the neat thing about it is you never know what your gonna see. last year i saw many catfish swiming in the picture to mention the smallmouth, carp, gars, eels and panfish. it should be up in another week or so

    There must be more action during the day. I've been watching it some at night, and haven't seen anything yet.
