According to Kansas dept of wildlife & parks a setline is a line anchored at one point,no more than two hooks, and not associated with hand operated mechanical reel. The question I have is it legal to use jugs by Burt (boc sponser) here in the state of Kansas.

Jugs are ILLEGAL in KS. However if they are anchored they fall into the category of setlines. Please use selective harvest. Good Luck!
