selling advise on used boat

    Does anyone know where i can find info for pricing my used jonboat?
    rebuilt 90hp nissan (les than 10 hrs)
    dual axle trailer
    oh yeah 19' polarkraft (new 3/4" treated floor)

    The nadaguides may be a starting point, but nothing beats checking out what similar rigs have recently sold for, or what people have asked for them.

    I also think the season of the sale has alot to do with price as well. I have seen boats sell in winter really cheap. And sell for what I think is too much in the spring because they are "lake ready". Also take into consideration the "extras" rod holders lighting etc. As well as how much money do you have invested.

    I wouldnt trust nada prices to much, like jerry said see what other boats are priced at in your area. And if your not in a hurry to sell it price it at a little high.

    Nada really cannot give a fair price ; I know, but that engine you have on there rocks dude. Those are worth their weight in gold dude. don't get low balled. Sell high, I would.

    i have been watching boats on ebay for some time. i sell one on there occasionally. right now boats ( all boats) are bringing 1/2 what they did in september less than 1/2 than late may and june.

    from looking for a boat... in my area atleast... you could probably get atleast 2000 for it, probably more like 3000 or 3500 if you hit a good time right now...

    Now that said i think you should price it at 100 but thats only cause im looking for a good and cheap boat... lol
