so, just noticed as im sitting here by the fire...ive ran into a mess of seed ticks. any good ways to remove em other than one by one as i see em?

I've had good luck using flea and tick dog shampoo...it usually kills off seed and other small ticks...

Couple ideas from seed tick central.
1) Take a piece of duct tape about ten inches long and press it against the skin they are on. They will come off with the tape when you pull it loose along with leg hair and a layer of skin. No pain, no gain.
2) Another way is to soak a rag with kerosene and wipe your legs off. Your wife will love you for it.
3) Get in a comfortable tub and add a half cup or so of Clorox. Soak for at least a half an hour.

All of these work and none are very pleasant. I hate ticks!

Ok, I've tried all listed. My latest go to is the dog shampoo. Previously the best was scraping with a knife and soaking in Clorox. As mentioned they all work.
