Went out today for about 6 hours. We had a few decent runs with one fish landed. We were using cut shad and chubs, also used some chicken breast tenderlions. The cut chubs produced the most action. The one landed was a flathead- 7 lber caught by my son. I think the water still needs to warm up a bit though. Maybe two weeks from they should be in a feeding frenzy.

The water not only needs to warm up, but we despiretely need rain.....Not so much this spring so far. I would like to get about 6 inches of rain in a 30 hour period of time.
