Well, I've been slow to post here lately. Working/fishing too hard I guess. We've been catching great numbers of five - fifteen lb. fish, plus an occasional fish over the 20 lb. mark. All on Chickamauga Lake (Tennessee River) near Chattanooga. I have not really been targeting "big" fish very much. The folks I've been taking out have been more the "quantity over quality-types." You really do have to sort of fish two different ways... or at least with two different mindsets. Big fish fishing is often slugging it out for the long haul with big baits in keys areas waiting on a "big bite" .... versus gunning around to spots where I know I can find a few "hot" fish and gets folks in on some action. I've needed action lately. The bigs guys are there for those willing to work for them. Ask drc3. Here's a few pics of recent catches.
