Fished last nighton the upper James. The weather started out bad with heavy rain and lightning. After waiting at the ramp for 45 minutes, we finnally put the boat in around 10:00. About 20 minutes later another storm. With still high winds the storms moved out and it finally calmed down. Caught a 16# Flattie and a 6.2# smallmouth.

Thanks for the report. Other than dodging the storms ,sounds like a pretty good trip. Can't be to careful when there is lightning in the area.
