The Santee Cooper Lakes are rising fast with all the rain water from up state last week. Water temps came up as well. We are killing the fish in 25-50 foot of water on cut shad. We have gotten all our limit fish just about everyday with numbers of fish ranging from in the 20-40 lb range. We just caught and released a 96.4 lb blue catfish while filming the TV Show “What a Catch”. It is on film and you can see it on www.youtube.com and search “Kathryn Maroun” to see the video. The winter fishing is some of the best of the year. Phone; (803) 372-1398
