Not a whole lot to report. Went to Santee last night, fished 'till about 4:30 this morning. The depth finder wasn't working right, so I don't know depths and water temps, but I do know that we did all shallow fishing. 18 feet at the deepest, mostly 5 or 6 feet.

We had shiners, shad, crappie and my fishing partners were using livers. Five fish total, biggest 8 or 10 pounds.

We put in at Pack's landing, went out to the blow-out first, and worked out way back to the landing.

That's pretty much about it. But, this is my report.

By the way - Steven Packs can cook some dang good fish! We got there when they were having a little fish fry. They fed us before we hit the water. Good timing, good fish.
