Here is the recipe for the soup I brought out to energy lake last tuesday.

1lb of hamburger meat browned and drained.
    2 cans of corn
    2 cans of kidney beans
    2 cans of pinto beans
    1 can of rotel
    1 can of stewed tomatoes
1 package of dry ranch dressing
    1 package of taco seasoning

I start browning the meat first. Then open all the cans and empty them into a big sauce pan juice and all. Then the dry ranch and taco seasoning into the sauce pan. Put on a low heat, by that time meat should be getting close to being brown, once done drain it, i dont rinse it, then put it in and stir it all up. Put a lid on it. Keep stirring it every so often until hot.
Its even better the second and third day.

You can get the hotter rotel, hotter taco seasoning, or add different beans, but this is quick and easy crowd pleaser.

I added some mexican style chili beans to that the other nite and some crushed rep peppers, Figured I would spice it up a little more seeing how LOU likes spices. I see now that that was a sad sad attempt. After eating lou's food. Lou's food was the hottest i have ever had in my life. But dang good. :)
