I went out today and had a good trip in San Diego. I was 4 for 7 losing two to them shaking the hook and one to him catching me in the wrong situation after I had a backlash. It was a big blue and he kept going and eventually snapped. I caught a 10, 12, 14, and 30.45 pound blue. All caught on cut bonita. Here are some pics.

    I'm jealous!

Good to see you're still raking them in....fishing has slowed down considerably for me lately.

    Thanks everybody.

jaime yes I flyline my baits always with no weights when fishing lakes. The big piece of bait I use is enough weight. Now when using a slip I will have a small amount of weight that is because it is needed for the slip bobber. A few of those double digit blues was on the slip bobber. The 30 pounder was on flylined bait off the bottom.
