I fished the Saluda last night between Ware Shoals and Lake Greenwood. Only got one to the boat, 16 lb flathead, and lost several others. I had two decent flatheads get off right at the boat, and had lots of bites through out the night. All bites were on live bream in 5 to 7 ft of water.

Thanks for the report. What ramp do you use? The only one I've seen is in West Pelzer. I know there were others, just don't know where.

I put in at soles harbor on greenwood and drive up the river. It is very shallow in some spots and there are a lot of rocks, so be careful if you go.
