S&W 686 stainless 8.375" counter weighted target pistol, had it drilled and mounted fixed power 2X Leupold. This is my new deer rifle. I have had this pistol for over 30 years, I have take several deer with it. I had to have a scope mounted to it so I could see what I was shooting at, my eyes are starting to go. My only complaint is that it has to be good and daylight before the scope will gather enough light to see through. Its an awesome pistol to shoot. At 50 yards I can keep a 2 group. Its easy to carry and packs a punch, just make sure its a broad side shot. I did lose a deer with a straight on shot. Oh yea, one more thing, I was holding the barrel to steady my shot and nearly blew my thumb off. No body parts in front of the cylinder!
