which is better. what if anything does the S have over the E.
I know Lamiglas made them for awhile in a Chestnut color and their description said it's lighter overall in weight and faster action than e-glass, and supposedly the best grade of glass available. I owned 2 Twelve footers and sold e'm both :embarassed: wish I had kept them an awsome rod in it's class! I think I can get a few 12' blanks in 2pc. S-glass. Hope this helped you out.
SUPER Seeker 120 Carbon Fiber & S Glass Blanks - w/EH04 Epoxy Resin System - Color: DARK BROWN WITH TANGERINE TINT
The S Glass is 30% stronger than E Glass for a given weight, it's also double the cost of E Glass. You will indeed be amazed at the faster recoil and greater lifting power of these wonderful new blanks. Very strong blanks, hard pullers!
This was a great post, thanks.I always wondered these things mentioned as well.Im a E glass guy,but I sure would like to test out a big s glass rod.
