Ron, I haven't launched from there in a couple of weeks. I know one of the guys launched a 20' skiff there today, but it may be a tight go for your boat by now. Don't know anyone to call this time of day to find out, either. I can let you know by tomorrow noon, if you like.
Those N-E winds make for good drifting in that area, don't they?

I launched a 24' pontoon there a couple weeks back, and the water's probably dropped 6" or so since then. You should still be able to get in there, but I'll follow up with you by phone tomorrow and see if I can give you a better answer.
Fished a little on the Great Pee Dee today, plenty of muddy water there, but the bite was slow; only 3 blue catfish, no size to them.

If the weather man thinks he can discourage my trip and the chance to gain sme knowledge from roundhill he's got another thing coming.....lol

Looking forward to the trip on Friday and the opportunity to gain some knowledge on drifting. I still think I remember how to throw a drift sock out...lol

Good luck on your outing, Robbie. Hope everything works out well. I'll be somewhere in that area myself, but not on the lake.
