Hi, first post for me, love the site, lots of great info from you guys! Is Roosevelt Lake a state park or is it a federal park. My buddy has a State park annual pass and we are heading up next weekend to do some catfishing and were wondering if his pass would work. I will post the results of our trip when we get back.

Hi, and welcome to the site! I would stop in and ask at the ranger station as the ticket is around a hundred bucks. You need a "tonto pass" to go anywhere in tonto national forest from what Ive heard.

    Welcome to the BOC.
I'd get a pass at the pay station just to be on the safeside.
You can look up the AZGFD on the net and get a phone number for the Phoenix regional office and give them a call.
A call is cheaper than a ticket that's for sure.
Good luck and give us a post of how you did.
