well, i know this will, no doubt, be moved, but i took a couple of pics this morn between rains.

my cousin made this rod holder for me and i like it. he is a wood craftsman and pretty good at it, altho he doesn't follow design instructions very well:0a10:

i have seven more rods that aren't in the pic:smile2:

Phil about how much to ship something like that, and how much he would charge to make something like that. That is one cool holder and I wouldnt mind seeing if I could get that.

    Phil,

That's really nice. Your cousin does very good work!

Good grief, what does one man need with so many rods:crazy: (Just kidding you, I probably have almost as many if not more)

well, since you and a couple others expressed admiration, John, i called him and asked him if he would make some more. he isn't real crazy about it:sad2:

he did say he would, but he wants a minimum of 5 orders:cool2:

being retired navy he has other things to do apparently...

he made me a terrific bookcase..i'll have to take some pics one of these days and post them. i do his vehicle repair work free and he does my carpentry work free. i would normally say he gets the short end of the stick, but that boy is HARD on his cars:smile2:
