rigs

    i use the carolina rig and is what i use on all my poles .... does anyone use a different rig i might wanna try

    flats with live gills

    channels with cut or stink bait

    you didn't see or get illustration? they don't stop feeding. they just slow down when it gets cold. like was stated before, az doesn't have the amount of flats that most on this site post about. so farther between. it gets cold, they get slower and eat less. but they still have to eat. it's been over a month since i've had even a good run. did catch a flat about 14 inches if that weekend before last, but don't count them.
    wait until this summer when it warms up. until then, patience is the key. if don't have the patience, then change one pole to channels, or stripers or bass.

    i usuallu use the simple slip rig, or basic carolina. I have though used the weight sliders ( i put some in your care package:wink:)with the slip rig

    man was i tired and maybe had just a tad too much to drink. :embarassed: just reread my post and realized i made on wrong thread. was wondering why didn't make sense to me. LOL
