i am looking for a 14 or 16 ft allweld boat for river fishing and lake fishing. i would love to hear some of the things others have done to their boats to make the fishing a little more comfortable. rod holders, live wells and anything in general would be great...thanks to all

Floorboards are a nice addition, but they have a downside: things you'd rather not collect hold conventions under the boards.

You'll probably want to do something about seating, first, for your back, and second, to get something between your butt and those hot aluminum seats.

Unless your boat comes equipped, you'll need to make some arrangements for running lights...seems like there's a couple of current threads on that topic.

For bait tanks and rod holders, there's no shortage of info here on BOC...look around, you can read for hours on those two topics.

Good luck, I hope you find just what you're looking for.
