We get many trouble tickets, and answer them as quickly as possible. One TT that appears often is an offensive post. Normally the trouble ticket doesn't contain much information in quickly being able to act upon it. We normally have to ask: -Where is it located - Why is it offensive to you - Can you provide a URL - Etc There is a way to provide this information in one click, and it gets posted to a private topic so any staff member on duty will see it the next time he/she checks for new messages. This increases reaction times by 1,000 percent, as trouble tickets is a separate system that gets checked on a periodic basis. Just remember, ring the Bell, we will be there!
