REEL WITH LINE COUNTER FOR TROLLING AND WHATEVER?

    Whats a good linecounter reel that i can troll striper with and other fish I have the tekota 500 so im not scared of price whats good?

    LOL I THOUGHT THAT AS I WAS POSTING DO YOU THINK THE 600 WOULDNT BE TOO BIG FOR TROLLING FOR STRIPERS AND OTHER VARIOUS LARGER GAME?

    Not sure. The 500 holds enough line and in combo with the great drag it'll do anything I use it for. Maybe using planer boards and trolling it'd be nice to have a little more line capacity.

    Yeah I agree I didnt know the tekota come with LC can I add it to the one I already have?

    Not sure if you can add it or not. I bought mine from Cabelas. They carry the 300lc, 500lc ,and 600lc. Alot of people here like the Penn reels. I have only used one once for a short time. I beleive that Cabelas had a Penn line counter in their last catalog.

    If you've already got reels capable of doing what you want, but without the line counter feature, you can buy a line counter attachment to use with your current reels.
