Shakespeare Tidewater 30l.
is that the reel that is black, with the line counter on it, around 30-40 bucks? if so i was kinda looking at that reel
Jeff, I just put a cabelas salt striker ss65 on a glowstick. I highly recomend it. It's made by Okuma and is the same model as their EF65 epixor. Smooth reel and lots of capacity.
If you like spinning reels, I,ll go with a "Shimano Baitrunner or a Tidewater Freeliner" - They are some good spinning reels.

I agree shimano or tidewater spinning reels are good if u like spinning reels.
if u like baitcasters I would say go with a abu 6000, 6500, or if u r fishing for big flatheads and blues go with the abu 7000 if u have the money.
