Here's a recipe that Ive been using for 30 years on fried rice.

    2 cups cooked rice
    1 chopped bell pepper
    1 med onion ,chopped
1/2 of a smoked german sausage
6 slices crisp fried bacon chopped
    3 eggs
canola oil [enough to cook veggies ]1 lb button mushrooms, sliced
Cook onion and bell pepper till tender in oil,set aside
cook mushrooms in either oil or butter till done and set aside
fry up greman sausage till done and add remaining ingrediants. season with your favorite type of seasoning. cook till rice begins to brown just a bitand add the eggs beaten stir in till eggs are cooked and serve. I add a big ole heapin of extra hot picante on it mmmm.

I may add some jalepeno or a little bit of Hot sauce to add some spice to it.

I think I will leave the eggs out and put diced tomatoes in. Sounds like a hardy breakfast though.
