Redfish on the Half Shell

    Man, I ate good tonight.

    Anybody else like redfish on the half shell? I seasoned it with Cajun Injector Creole Butter and Paul Prudhomme Seafood Magic. I grilled it over natural lump charcoal.

    Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!

    Sounds good,I havent tried any seafood yet that I didnt like.I am allways up to try something new .

    Love grilled redfish..Its the second best way to eat redfish behind blackened..I like to filet with the scale and skin still on,melt some butter with some minced garlic,throw the fish on the grill skin side down,brush the butter on it and sprinkle some Toney's on it..Cook it till the meat is flakey and enjoy..
