I am booked on the best boat in florida to go out opening day which is sunday in FL and catch some red snapper. I am really looking forward to it. I havent been out on 100 ft. boat in a while. The ships capt. is one of the best in our area, and really knows some good honey holes. It will be a ten hour trip and expect to catch some 15, 20 lbers. Maybe hook into some really big fish jigging. Let yall know how it goes.

Well opening day snapper trip is canceled due to 35-50 mph winds and 15- 25 ft swells, but we are going to go out Tuesday instead, it will kind of be like opening day because it will still be the first day to legally take red snapper, that the big boat goes out. I will let everyone know how it goes.

The best red snapper fishing is supposed to be right after a storm.
