Having some fun at the Little Island Pier in Virginia Beach. I decked three fish today - one 44" and two 48". This stuff's addicting. Between these babies and big ole blue cats, I'm ready to table any other activities :p

Forgive the quality of the pic. I forgot the flash card for my camera and took this with a cell phone.

Scott, that's a really good day of fishing. Three reds that large would absolutely make my day! I assume they were released - don't know what the regs are in VA. What were you using for bait and rigging?

Yes, they definitely get released. We get them on Spot, mullet or menhaden - whatever is available. Rigs are standard fishfinder rigs (8 and bait)

Great going, Scott, fantastic fish. Maybe you will do as well when you take your trip to the Banks.

How many people do you guess there were on that pier??

About 25 rods were set yesterday. Today will probably be a different matter though. Being the weekend, it's gonna be a mess :glare: The pier is only about 20 feet wide at the end.
