tell me your secrete recipes. I only cook my fish two ways in a fry daddy or on the grill
Ain't got any secrets but try to fry my fish in a cast iron skillet. Have used a deep fryer, but they don't come out real crispy.

I like to stir fry fish. Marinade the fish in soysauce and minced garlic. Heat your wok till its smoking hot and add onions. I like alot of onion so I usually add 1 large one. As the onions start to grow transparant add the fish and marinade and cook untill fish is opaque. Then remove and set aside. Add about a cup of chicken broth to the wok and vegies of your choice. Steam until veggies are tender but not soft.
Take some corn starch and water and mix in seperate cup. Add slowly until broth thickens. Add fish back and toss/mix well. Serve over rice/noodles.
Wife grimiced when I started cooking but later ate 3 helpings.
