Raspberry Fudge Balls 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened 1 (6 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted 3/4 cup vanilla wafer crumbs 1/4 cup raspberry preserves, strained to remove seeds 1/3 cup finely chopped almonds Combine cream cheese and chocolate, mixing until well blended. Stir in crumbs and preserves. Chill. Shape into 1 inch balls; roll in almonds. Chill several hours. Enjoy!
