As has been said before, "When things just don't snell right" you usually get rotten results. But if you tie it right it is on there tight.

Did you look under the seats, might have been a few doubloons still there. They don't always get them back into the pot when that have to leave in a hurry.

That’s what 750 mb footholds are for. That way they can’t leave with the gold. Just don’t tell anyone, there is no trapping season fer em. DNR might take a dim view of it.

I didn't quite give y'all the full DX on my lung conditions last week, sorry bout dat. I'm in full acute respiratory failure. I really didn't know what was going on or how my disease had been DX by the slew of doctors at the hospital when I first gave my report last week. I do have some therapy things to assist my lungs, IJS.

    "Respiratory failure
Respiratory failure results from inadequate gas exchange by the respiratory system, meaning that the arterial oxygen, carbon dioxide or both cannot be kept at normal levels. A drop in the oxygen carried in blood is known as hypoxemia; a rise in arterial carbon dioxide levels is called hypercapnia. Respiratory failure is classified as either Type 1 or Type 2, based on whether there is a high carbon dioxide level, and can be either acute or chronic. The definition of respiratory failure in clinical trials usually includes increased respiratory rate, abnormal blood gases, and evidence of increased work of breathing. Respiratory failure causes an altered mental status due to ischemia in the brain."

Rained all around us late yesterday, but we didn't get a drop. More chance of rain today, lite 72%. Cloudy skies and temps in the high 80's, with the humidity up thar at 91%.

Something new for the "show me state" https://mdc.mo.gov/newsroom/brown-b...lulCJyLPcCgqkiB_N1B_RJhJsnKjcQy5HJoCNquEqBwZg>>> https://mdc.mo.gov/newsroom/brown-b...lulCJyLPcCgqkiB_N1B_RJhJsnKjcQy5HJoCNquEqBwZg

The temps havent been that high the last week or so. (for august anyway) The humidity has been crazy. When the humidity is at 96% you cant walk across the yard without sweating. I waited until almost 8:00 last night. I just piddled around in the shop for a few minutes. Even with the fan on i was covered in sweat 30 minutes later.

    Come on fall!!!!

By mail seems to me like the best way. I call in to the VA Pharmacy, provide them with the prescription # and 2 or 3 days later my meds arrive in the mail.

For lunch had a nuked pizza. Told ma Kevin, youngest son, would be proud of me. She said how do you guys survive. If no one cooks you grab something outa freezer.

As was eating the pizza had some strange thoughts.

Many years ago, 45 or so, before marriage, always had pizza in freezer. Had to use oven then. If I did not pass out before it was done ate good.

Back then weighed about 135 or so.

Back then had a 30 inch waist.

Back then could run 5 miles no problem.

Back then could pitch 100 lb wire tie hay bales over my head.

Back then could drink till 4 or 5 am and nap then punch into work at 7. Work 12 hours then do it again.

    Now, weight about 215 lb.

    Waist at 40.

    Asleep sometimes at 9pm.

Trouble walking up ramp to get pu for boat retrival.

50 lb sack of garden soil for her garden is about it.

Do they cook good food so you get fat, outa shape, and undesirable so other girls dont look at you? Dont go out at night to bar? Or is it just that other woman Mother Nature stepping in?

As Mac stated, growing old aint fer wussies.

Here’s what blew through central Iowa. Saying damage is worse than 2008 flood. Whole city of Cedar Rapids was impacted still without power.
